Job description
Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in Longview, Texas. The position involves 24/7 inpatient call coverage with no outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, ED consults, and transfers in an inpatient hospital setting.
Required procedures include upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, PEG, colonoscopy, lower GI endoscopy, liver biopsy, esophageal dilatation, manometry, and small bowel biopsy, with Sengstaken/Blakemore tube management as needed.
