Ongoing assignment -- scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
In-house call -- 1:1 ratio, 20 minute response time required
20 patients per shift
Inpatient only practice setting
Admissions required -- avg. 5 call admissions per 24 hours
Call patients seen -- avg. 10 per 24 hours
Phone consults -- avg. 10 per 24 hours
Rounding of unassigned patients required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
