Full-time 5 days per week with 8-hour shifts
One evening shift weekly 11 pm - 9 am
One weekend day monthly
Average 20‑24 patients per 8‑hour shift
Primary care including pediatric, adult, and women's health
Office‑based procedures required
Spanish‑speaking farm‑working families
