Job Overview Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology Hospital Location: Amarillo, TX Reason for opening: Scheduling Need Setting: Inpatient Shift: 24-hour, in-house shifts Dates: Dates of coverage needed: 7a-7a Oct 23rd Oct 31st November 1st November 15th November 23rd November 25th December 31st Position Details: 35-bed Level III NICU Average daily census of 23-25 NNP coverage model: 24-hour shifts plus second NNP on day shift Work schedule: average of seven 24-hour shifts a month NNP may attend high-risk deliveries as assigned Procedures including intubation, insertion of UVC, UAC, and PICC lines Pediatric Hospitalist sees newborns Peds subspecialties in-house: Cardiology, Nephrology, Peds Surgery, Endocrinology Current APRN National Specialty Certification €" Yes Minimum 1 year NNP experience €" Yes Master€™s Degree in Nursing €" Yes Active TX License €" Yes not accepting IMLC due to credentialing timeline ABOUT DELTA LOCUM TENENS
