Job Description
Arc Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide essential outpatient primary care services at our tribal partner facility. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while caring for underserved American Indian individuals and families.
Position Highlights
Locums Opportunity
Start: ASAP
Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
One consistent weekday off each week
Patient Population: Primary care for all ages, 0+
Patient Volume: Approximately 13–14 patients per day
Appointments: 20- and 40-minute appointment slots
Low-volume outpatient setting

Location & Population
Located approximately 30 miles west of Salem, Oregon
Willamette Valley Hospital is approximately 25 miles away and has 60 beds
Salem Health is approximately 35 miles away and has 494 beds
Specialized care referrals may be sent to hospitals in Portland, approximately 75 miles away
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Must be comfortable providing primary care to patients of all ages
PALS and ACLS certifications required
Oregon state license preferred; candidates with other active state licenses will also be considered
Active RN Compact License is a plus
Knowledge of and sensitivity to Native American culture is required
