All Medical Personnel - Locum Tenens is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in Van Wert, Ohio.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (ASAP ongoing upon credentialing) Nov 25-27, Dec 21, Dec 28-Jan 1 + ongoing dates
Call:
Call every third night and every third weekend (OR call only, no OB); call response time 45 minutes
Setting:
Hospital based coverage; independent CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging:
Travel and lodging support available
EMR:
Epic
Position Overview
Hospital based CRNA coverage with adult patient population noted
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope
Endoscopy
Podiatry
General surgery
Orthopedics
Urology
Required Qualifications
Active Ohio license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
