Mon - Fri; Mon - Thurs 8 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 8 am - 12 pm
20 - 25 patients per day -- adults only
Outpatient neurology clinic setting
Consults and established patients
Botox for migraines and EMG/EEG reading if credentialed
Ongoing coverage potential
Hospital privileges required
