Call-only coverage across two non-trauma hospital locations
30-minute drive between facilities -- housing located between sites
Light call volume -- fellows report most time spent at hotel
One site primarily handled via phone calls
General adult urology -- inpatient focus
No specific procedures required
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
