Job description
Nazareth Hospital is seeking a locum to perm Urologist to start as soon as credentialed!
Schedule: full time, day shift working on outpatient clinic and weeknight call. Weekend call is required as well
Call Required
Outpatient 75%, Inpatient 25%
2 days clinic and 2 days Hospital
Onsite lab and x-ray
full urology procedure equipment in office for cystos, bioposies,
EMR: Epic
30-60 day credentialing timeframe

Requirement description : Board Certified/ Eligible within 5 years of residency - Required
PA license - Required Local provider within driving distance - Required (client will only reimburse for mileage)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Pennsylvania
Weekend Requirements : As part of schedule
On Call Requirements : weekends and evenings
