Job description
This role involves providing pediatric care in various settings, including NICU and pediatric floors, with a focus on neonatal and general pediatric cases.
Key responsibilities include managing 10-20 NICU cases annually, covering pediatric general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, and additional specialties such as plastic surgery, oncology, GI, IR, and radiology.
It requires handling ASA 3+ pediatric cases for children under 14 and providing home pediatric call one week per month.
Ideal candidates should have relevant experience and qualifications in pediatric healthcare.
Responsibilities also encompass collaborating with a dedicated team, managing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring smooth case coverage.
Qualifications include a medical license, pediatric training, and experience with neonatal and pediatric cases.
Skills needed are excellent clinical judgment, communication, and coordination abilities.
