Job description
Position Overview Zeal Med Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for a locum opportunity with an established pediatric-focused dental practice in Chesapeake, Virginia . This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent 3–4 day per week schedule , competitive daily compensation, and weekly pay.
Pediatric experience is welcomed but not required — General Dentists who are comfortable treating children are encouraged to apply.
Practice & Schedule
Schedule: 3–4 days per week
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Practice: Established, busy pediatric-focused practice
Current Doctors: 2 Dentists
Operatories: 6
Support: Dental Assistants and Front Office Staff
Patient Volume: Approximately 50–60 patients per day across the practice
Patient Base: Pediatrics
Procedures: Preventive and restorative dentistry
Payor Mix: Medicaid, PPO, and Fee-for-Service

Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active Virginia dental license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
