Locums Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity
Seeking Locums Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a high-performing EM team at a premier hospital in Brandon, FL, just outside Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in one of Florida's busiest Emergency Departments within a large, well-supported system. System has multiple FSED's in the surrounding area as well, providing multiple shift options.

Emergency Department Details:
MAIN SITE: Annual Volume: 120K+ visits
20% Pediatric volume (covered by dedicated Pediatric EM physicians)
45-bed ED
29 Adult Beds
8 Pediatric Beds
8 Fast Track Beds
5 (FIVE) FSED's attached in the system that providers will credential at as well, with lower volumes.
Coverage Model:
Main ED Physician Coverage: 88 hours/day
Pediatric ED Coverage: 24 hours/day
APP Coverage: 59 hours/day
Available shifts include:
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM,
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
12:00 PM – 2:00 AM
5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Practice Details
Physicians do not write admitting orders
Physicians do not respond to floor codes
Dedicated Pediatric coverage
Strong operational and specialty backup

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
