Job description
We are seeking a Locums Gastroenterology Physician to provide weekend call coverage in Northampton, Massachusetts. This is a call-only opportunity with coverage needed approximately one weekend every five weeks.
The physician will provide inpatient GI consultation and management for adult patients in a hospital setting. The hospitalist team takes first call, with the gastroenterologist providing specialty backup and performing procedures as needed.
Compensation: $2,800-$3,000 Per Day
Position Highlights
Call-only coverage
Approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeks
Weekend call: Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM
24-hour overnight call coverage: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM as applicable
Hospital-based practice setting
Adult patient population
Hospitalist team takes first call
