Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no holidays)
Shift Type: Day, No Call
Practice Setting:
Psychiatric facility
All-inclusive account: dental services for routine and non-routine patients
Must document all services provided
Comply with CMS, SGSSLC, and HHSC standards and directives
