Variable shifts -- 8, 10, or 12 hrs; evenings and weekends prioritizedAll calls are in-houseSimple, uncomplicated practice -- mostly ASA 2 patientsNo cardiac or thoracic casesCommunity practice patient populationGeneral anesthesia across multiple case typesNo fellowship experience required
