Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with weekend availability
7 - 8 patients per day
Outpatient addiction residential recovery facility
Intake evaluations, prescribing, and follow-up visits required
Seizure protocol training provided on site
Adult population ages 18+
Option to extend assignment
Admits can arrive as late as 8 pm
