Call only ‐‐ up to 10 days a month, ongoing 6 ‐ 8 patients per shift; 8 ‐ 10 patients seen per 24‐hour call 3 ‐ 5 admissions and 3 ‐ 5 phone consults per 24‐hour period Hospital setting with adult, pediatric, and neonate cases Trauma and general surgery call coverage required Laparoscopic surgery skills required ‐‐ appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and more OB/GYN surgical skills required ‐‐ C‐section, D&C, hysterectomy 30‐minute call response time required; 80% call‐back rate Competitive compensation Pre‐paid travel and housing Paid AAA‐rated claims made malpractice Licensing assistance and cost reimbursement Member of NALTO From $150.00 to $200.00 Hourly Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
