Job description
Seeking a Pediatrician for locum tenens coverage with responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key duties include: providing newborn care, attending c-sections and deliveries, performing Level I nursery and pediatric floor procedures, and responding to calls within 30 minutes.
Requirements
NRP certification
Experience in neonatal and pediatric care
Ability to handle approximately 2 patients per call and 2 admissions per call
Responsibilities:
call coverage primarily for newborn care, with a requirement to call 10 days per month.
The role offers paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, competitive compensation, and 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant.
Skills: strong clinical skills in neonatal and pediatric procedures, quick response time, and effective communication.
