• Length of Contract: Ongoing
• Schedule: PRN; 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• Call, Nights and Weekends: 24-hr weekend OB Call, 7A-7A
• Cases: ENDO, ENT, OB/GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology
• OB: Yes
• Facility: Acute Care Hospital, 86 Beds
• Model: Medical Direction
• Charting: Cerner
• Credentialing: 90-120 Days
