This position has flexible hours as it's primarily back of house. You must be able to lift and move 50 lb. boxes and be comfortable with going up and down ladders daily. Shipment hours flex week to week based on upcoming seasons and new product sets, but if you're willing and able to help with other operations, or the sales associate role, we have the ability to give you more consistent hours! You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers.
