Apply transportation, warehousing, and supply chain expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world operational insight.
Role Overview This remote contract role focuses on helping AI systems learn, reason, and perform in transportation and storage contexts. No prior AI experience is required, your logistics domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
Key Responsibilities Analyze logistics, transportation, and warehousing scenarios and provide detailed feedback for AI model development.
Curate, review, and validate real-world data and documents related to supply chain operations, cargo management, dispatch, and freight movement.
Write clear explanations of inventory management, distribution planning, cargo routing, and related processes.
Assess system-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with logistics and warehousing best practices.
Create domain-specific queries, case studies, and hypothetical scenarios that test AI reasoning in transportation and storage settings.
Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical teams through precise written and verbal communication.
Identify gaps in AI system knowledge and recommend improvements based on current industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a Logistician, Supply Chain Manager, Transportation or Distribution Manager, Cargo and Freight Agent, or Dispatcher.
Comprehensive knowledge of transportation, warehousing, logistics operations, and applicable regulations.
Strong verbal and written ability to explain complex supply chain concepts.
Detail-oriented experience reviewing operational data, workflows, and process documentation.
Proficiency with standard logistics software, management systems, and tracking tools.
Experience with varied cargo, distribution models, or multimodal transportation networks.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote project environment and exchange feedback.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Compensation $30 to $70 per hour.
