As a Logistics Broker, you'll own the entire customer experience—from prospecting new business and developing customer relationships to coordinating freight movements and ensuring successful delivery. What You'll Do
Develop and grow a portfolio of customers through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing new business and securing repeat customers.
Build and maintain relationships with shippers while identifying transportation solutions that meet their needs.
Source and negotiate with carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation.
Coordinate freight movements while proactively communicating with customers and carrier partners.
Resolve shipment issues quickly while delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful freight execution.
Meet and exceed sales activity, revenue, and gross profit goals.
Stay informed on market trends, capacity, and pricing to provide strategic transportation solutions.
What We're Looking For
Previous freight brokerage experience is required .
Comfortable making high-volume outbound sales calls and developing new business.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
