Come and join us.The ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Associate supports the daily fulfillment operations of the eCommerce business, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory handling, and workflow execution.What you can expect:You will process and fulfill eCommerce orders accurately and efficientlyYou will utilize internal systems (ERP/OMS) for order tracking and inventory managementYou will assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and discrepancy trackingYou will support reconciliation of customer tickets and order issuesYou will document processes and report operational inconsistenciesYou will maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspacesYou will support additional operational tasks as assigned by leadershipYou will adhere to company values and operational standardsWhat we expect from you:You have 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or similar environment preferredYou have proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic systemsYou have Food Handler Certificate actively or willing to obtain with company supportYou have the ability to be flexible including working nights and weekends during peak season as neededYou have strong attention to detail and organizational skillsYou have the ability to multitask and communicate effectivelyYou have a positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindsetYou have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work flexible schedulesPhysical Requirements:Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.What we offer you:Competitive PayPremium Holiday Pay (Time and a Half)An exciting working environment with motivated colleaguesA position with lots of personal responsibilityThe opportunity to contribute fresh ideasAn open and respectful feedback cultureIn-house and external further trainingUnique career opportunitiesGenerous discounts on our productsEmployee Assistance ProgramChocolate at workEasily accessible locationsOwn it.
