Job description
Capstone is seeking a General Manager in Conroe, TX to lead daily operations, schedule staff from Monday to Friday with weekend flexibility, and drive performance with a strong operational plan. You will manage budgets, oversee safety and quality standards, develop leaders, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver superior logistics service while optimizing costs and customer satisfaction.
This role offers a base salary around $95,000 with bonus potential and requires 5 years of management
