Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead human resources for a high-volume logistics operation. You will align business objectives with employees and management, acting as a liaison between station staff and corporate HR.

The role emphasizes partnerships with operations, investigations handling, coaching, and ensuring consistent HR initiatives across the station. A BA in HR and SHRM/HRCI preferred, with 5–6+ years in HRBP roles, is expected.
