Logistics And Inventory TechnicianLogistics and Inventory Technician Houston, TX Schedule: On-site Pay rate: $25-30/hour with OT of $37.50 - $45/hourEssential Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for receiving, issuing, and stocking new inventoryPalletize, pull parts for inventory transfers, reworksRequired to operate a forklift to help with day-to-day operationsAssist in breaking and building of Mud MotorsLoad and unload inspection racks and trucksMust have knowledge of motors and shop componentsSafely operate Overhead crane and Jib Crane.Maintain and inventory parts and shop supplies as needed.Paint and stencil tools correctly and in a neat and professional mannerAbility to identify motor styles and configurationIdentify internal and external components of Mud MotorsAssisting in maintaining an adequate motor parts inventoryMaintain a safe and organized work areaNotify management of any issues related to the motors and equipmentPerform other duties as assigned by managementMaintain an on-call statusEducation/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious industry related experience preferredMechanical or Technical experience requiredSkills/Qualifications:Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass drug screeningsMust be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictionsAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs. more than once a dayAbility to pass Vision Test on Jaeger Eye Chart (No. 1 or 2 without or with glasses / contact lenses)Willing to work overtime when requiredComputer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookCompetencies:Level ONEShop LayoutProduct FlowUnderstanding and Following InstructionsLevel TWODrilling Motor KnowledgeDisassembly ProcessesLoading Inspection CartsOperation of MachineryUnderstanding Outgoing Motor ChecklistLevel THREEAssembly ProcessesBreakout Machine OperationQA/QC Tools and ProceduresSerialization of ComponentsPower Section ConfigurationsTroubleshootingBasic "OASIS"Shipping and Receiving ProcessesDocumentation / RecordsLevel FOURAdvanced QA/QC Tools and ProceduresMotor Shop OperationAdvanced "OASIS"Documentation / Records Oversight
