Job description
Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. nRESPONSIBILITIES
nnnINBOUND- Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes
n
nnOUTBOUND- Pick and pack customer orders in an ambient, chill, or freezer environment
n
nnDISPATCH- Assist in the loading or moving process of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center
n
nnAchieve productivity goals and targets
n
nnFlex between various operational roles throughout the inbound, outbound and dispatch work areas
n
nnResolve any minor production related issues or request assistance from Leadership as needed
n
nnFollow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate orders
n
nnComply to all operational processes within work area to drive efficiency
n
nnFollow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concerns
n
nnProvide recommendations as needed to Leadership to encourage best practice and continuous improvement
n
nnMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

n nQUALIFICATIONS Minimum
nnnExcellent oral/written communication skills
n
nnMust be flexible to job assignment/schedule changes
n
nnAbility to read and understand basic numerical data
n
nnAbility to meet operational targets and performance goals
n
nnBasic computer/operational systems skills
n
n nDesired
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nnAny previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
n
n
