Krispy Kreme Logistics Project AssistantSince its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme's focus has remained the same - making fresh doughnuts using our founder's original recipe. The brand's iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line.Krispy Kreme's Logistics Project Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the logistics team and Strategy Manager, keeping the team efficient and effective. Primary responsibilities include organizing, scheduling, and tracking project progress, while ensuring communication between internal and external stakeholders is clear and timely. You will manage various administrative and coordination tasks that drive the successful management of calendars and completion of projects, including tactical and strategic initiatives. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will help ensure initiatives and tasks are executed smoothly and meet company goals.A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Lead launch calls to coordinate multiple disciplines, including Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, Procurement, and others as needed to ensure successful launch of new Points of Access.Assist in the management of logistics projects related to operational changes, expansions, and other strategic initiatives.Act as the administrative lead, scheduling project meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, taking meeting notes, and creating status reports.Support manager in tracking project performance, ensuring the successful completion of both short- and long-term project goals.Ensure timely and accurate system updates related to launches and operational changes.Coordination with procurement and suppliers to ensure display supply to support expansion activity.Fixture and display tracking and maintenance.Ensure that project updates are regularly communicated to all relevant parties through reports, presentations, and meetings.YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Sense of ownership and accountability; consistent follow through and reliabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms such as Teams and Zoom.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Experience working in a project coordination or support role, especially in operations, logistics, or facilities management.BENEFITS:Comprehensive benefits (medical, vision, and dental insurance)Employee discount program401K planGenerous PTO PlanCompany eventsEducation ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceLife InsuranceFSA/HSA PlansPet InsuranceLearn more at KRISPY KREME?At Krispy Kreme, we focus on:Loving People:Our global culture is best captured by our Leadership Mix, a dozen behaviors that define how we work with one another across the world and give back to our communities.
