Logistics Sales Associate (W&D / Freight Forwarding) – Korean-English BilingualContractCompany Description1yr ContractFull-time, On-SiteWorking Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PMPay Rate: $4,901.70/month + IncentivesKorean Bilingual RequiredJob DescriptionThe Logistics Sales Associate is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, proposing logistics solutions, participating in bidding processes, and converting opportunities into revenue. The role focuses on new client acquisition, business proposals, active sales engagement (cold calls, sales tools, and lead generation) across target industries: Apparel & Retail, Cosmetics & Beauty, Cold Chain (Pharma & F&B), High-tech, Automotive, and Energy (Solar & ESS).New Customer Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential clients through cold calls, sales tools, and market research.Prepare and present tailored logistics proposals covering warehousing and distribution (W&D) and freight forwarding services.Actively participate in bid processes and follow up on opportunities.Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.Sales Execution & Revenue GenerationManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.Track pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities using CRM or sales tools.Pricing & Contract CoordinationCollaborate with the Pricing team to source competitive freight rates and structure profitable proposals.Work with the Legal team to review and finalize contracts.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals.Operational & Issue ManagementServe as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth service delivery.Troubleshoot cost or operational issues and coordinate with the Operations team to maintain service continuity.Financial & Risk OversightMonitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring timely collection and payment.Coordinate with the Claims/Customer Service team to resolve complaints and service-related issues.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates, service information, and industry insights.Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Claims teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.Coordinate internal resources to support account growth and service quality.Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline, AR/AP status, and business opportunities.Share insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.QualificationsHigh School diploma required; Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred3 + years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales is highly desirable.Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industriesExperience with consulting-based logistics proposals a plusExperience in warehousing and distribution (W&D), FTL, LTL, or freight forwarding services is highly preferred.Proactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building and business development skillsUnderstanding of logistics operations, pricing, and financial basics (AR/AP)Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.Fluency in both Korean and English is required.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interested Privacy Notice
