Job DescriptionJob Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team and work on-site at one of our warehouse/logistics clients. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse and logistics supervisory experience who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish .
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor .
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Experience managing warehouse staff and daily logistics operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational goals.
Proficient with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates.
Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed.
Communicate with management regarding operational performance and staffing needs.
