Responsibilities
Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets.
Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge.
Maximize overall performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
Ensure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively.
Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualities & Experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and energized by working with people, guests and the team.
A passion for meticulous quality and strong organization creating an efficient team.
A bias toward action, able to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs. using appropriate safety techniques.
The desire to be coached and mentored, seeing potential in self and enjoying growth.
An eye for detail, ensuring cleanliness and small touches make a difference.
The desire to problem solve, loving to find problems and fix them.
The ability to multitask, prioritizing and executing many tasks each day.
A positive attitude and fun‑loving spirit, optimist who embraces inner child and enjoys working with fun.
Flexible availability, willing to work busiest times and flex availability to meet business needs.

The pay range for this role is: 17.90 - 17.90 USD per hour (The Oaks)
