Job description
Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across Long Island. This field-based role requires building clinician partnerships and leading education efforts at certified treatment centers while navigating payer and access considerations.
You will travel up to 70% and report to the Regional Sales Director, contributing to a transformative launch in a regulated, fast-evolving space.
