Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking an experienced LTAC Registered Nurse for a local assignment in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will provide complex, continuous care to medically fragile and chronically critically ill patients in a long-term acute care setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, ventilator and trach management, wound care, medication administration, and coordination of multidisciplinary care plans. You will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
