Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a PRN LTAC RN to deliver high-quality care to medically complex, high-acuity patients in a long-term acute care setting. In this per diem role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators, trachs, and complex wounds, administer IV medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to support recovery and safe transitions. You’ll document in the EMR, uphold strict infection control and safety standards, and educate patients and families.
