Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LTAC Registered Nurse for a local contract in Jackson, TN. In this role, you’ll deliver complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adult patients, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, wound care, and IV therapy. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans, monitor changes in condition, and provide patient and family education.
