Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a PRN LTAC RN to deliver high-acuity nursing care in a long-term acute care setting. In this flexible PRN role, you’ll manage complex, chronically ill, and ventilator-dependent patients, perform advanced wound and IV care, monitor telemetry and vitals, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
