Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing CMA, PTEpworth Living - Oklahoma City, OK Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Part-TimeLooking for Meaningful Work?At Epworth Villa, our CMAs do more than administer medications and provide care—they build relationships, offer encouragement, and help residents live each day with dignity and purpose.If you are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of older adults, we invite you to join our team.ScheduleWe currently have part-time evening opportunities available:Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PMTuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PMCompensationStarting at $17.00+ per hour, based on experienceAdditional $1.25 per hour for eligible weekend hoursWhat You'll DoAs a CMA, you'll work closely with nurses and other members of the clinical team to provide responsive, resident-centered care. Responsibilities include:Administer medications accurately and according to established proceduresAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealsObserve residents and promptly communicate changes in condition or concerns to the nurseComplete required documentation accurately and timelyRespond to resident needs with patience, dignity, and respectSupport a clean, safe, and comfortable living environmentWork collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow team membersQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Oklahoma Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certificationCurrent CNA certification, as required for the positionCPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframeDependable and able to work the scheduled hours consistentlyStrong communication and teamwork skillsA resident-centered approach to careAbility to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodationPart-Time BenefitsPaid Time Off401(k)Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee dining discountsComplimentary access to our on-site fitness centerAbout Epworth VillaEpworth Villa is a mission-driven senior living community committed to providing exceptional service and care.
