Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. In our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you’ll support residents’ dignity and independence, guide CNAs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives while gaining training, mentorship, and growth opportunities across our skilled nursing and rehab network.
