Pay Range:
$26 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm eligibility and validate events for reporting upon receipt of new case assignments
Review historical events to determine if trend analysis is required
Maintain internal documentation regarding the investigation process status
Collaborate with Service Coordinators throughout the investigation process
Evaluate open cases for potential closure based on established criteria
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
2+ years of experience and knowledge of waiver processes
Clinical background with case management experience
Knowledge of waiver experience
Nice to have: Background in Nursing, Social Work, or Case Management
Preferred: Licensure as a Nurse and/or Social Worker
