nAscension Seton is looking for a PRN APRN or PA for our Ascension Seton Health Clinics.

nnnPost-Acute and Long Term Care Program

nnprovides nursing home visits in the rural community - 2-3 sites
n
nnTravel required

nnPractice setting: outpatient
n
nnShared patient panel

nnEmployed position within a nonprofit health system

nnLead Comprehensive Care Delivery: Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan.

nnEmpower Patients and Families: Translate medical jargon into actionable guidance, educating caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnNurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
nnLicensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
nnBLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnDrug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
n
n nEducation:
nnMaster's degree of Nursing require
