Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for a contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Appleton, WI .
Schedule: Days | 6:00am-2:30pm | 32 Guaranteed Hours/Week (4x8s) | Every 2nd or 3rd Weekend
Location: Appleton, WI
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: Local $50-$55
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
Assist with implementing patient care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive nursing care while maintaining patient safety and clinical excellence.
Document patient care accurately, respond effectively to emergencies, and contribute to process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Years of experience: RN experience required; Long-Term Care experience preferred
Skills/Specialties/Technology: Long-Term Care, patient assessment, medication administration, electronic documentation; Epic and Pyxis experience preferred but not required.
