Job description
The Laurels of Sandy Creek, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Muskegon, MI, is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a resident-centered nursing unit. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily unit operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents receiving short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care, or respite services. You will help maintain regulatory compliance, support care planning with an interdisciplinary team, and foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.
