Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Long-Term Care Pathway Intern to assist with resident dining services, therapeutic recreation programming, and other tasks that enhance resident experience. You will learn day-to-day operations of a long-term care environment while promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Under supervision, you will support dining, activities, and documentation, gaining exposure to non-clinical healthcare careers and career development opportunities
