Job description
As a Licensed Nurse in Long-Term Care, you provide direct, person-centered care to older adults in a continuing care retirement community. You assess residents’ health, develop and update care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments, and implement safety and infection control protocols. You supervise and support caregivers, communicate with families and providers, and help maintain a respectful, team-focused environment.
