Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute rehab community. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and dignity. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical status, documenting in the EHR, educating residents and families, and mentoring CNAs and LPNs.
