Job description
Total Life in California seeks nurse practitioners for an in-person longevity program, serving seniors at partner living communities. You will conduct 45–60 minute visits based on a geriatric assessment, review medications, and discuss cognitive health, mobility and daily function.
You will work under supervision, travel to Inland Empire sites, and help expand a program focused on healthy aging for adults 65+. Training and materials are provided.
