Certified Nursing AssistantLocation: Claremont, NH 03743Contract: 13 weeksShift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PMPay Rate: $25 to $30/hourSubmission Requirement: Updated Resume BLS/CPR Covid vaccination certificate 2 supervisor references from last organizationRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed.Help residents with mobility and transferring from bed to chair or vice versa.Support with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.Observe residents for any changes in condition, behavior, or comfort.Record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse rate, and temperature.Report any concerns or changes to the nursing staff or supervisorEnsure residents' safety by addressing hazards and assisting in fall prevention measures.
