Licensed Nursing AssistantLocation: Claremont, NHShift: 8 hours Night ShiftContract: 13 weeksPay Package on 40 hours weeklyStipend $990 Non Taxable $290 on W2 Total Gross $1280/weekly on 40 hoursRoles and ResponsibilityPatient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Help with mobility and positioning of patients to ensure comfort and prevent complications.Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates. Report any significant changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff.Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team. Provide updates on patients' conditions and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Observation and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions. Document observations accurately and maintain detailed records of patient care activities.Assistance with Procedures: Assist with various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and other tasks as directed by registered nurses.Comfort and Support: Provide emotional support to patients and create a caring and empathetic environment.
