PhlebotomistLocation: Lebanon, NHContract: 13 weeksShift: 10 hours Days shiftRequirements: Must be Certified as a ASCPPay Package:$1162 NonTaxable on W2$318 Taxable Total Gross$1480/weekly on 40 hoursWork independently within two weeks of start date AND in a team settingObtain blood specimensMaintain knowledge of specific specimen requirementsFollow correct order of draw based upon tube type and special handling of testsUtilize proper resources for obtaining specimen requirement informationCollect and enter off-site blood work into systemComplete and process a variety of formsObtain pre-authorization and patient signaturePrepare specimens for in-lab testing or off-site shipmentEnsure blood-drawing stations are clean and well stocked
