Nesco Resource Hiring Night Loom Operator PositionsNesco Resource is hiring for a Night Loom Operator positions at a facility in Hickory, NC!Job Description & Requirements:Operate and monitor loom machinery to ensure efficient productionInspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are metLoad materials and assist with machine setup as neededTroubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns to leadershipMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesManufacturing or machine operating experience preferredMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift as requiredReliable attendance and transportation requiredLift Truck experience requiredNot afraid of heights - (15-20 ft) in a harnessed lift.Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour ($17.00 base pay + $1.00 shift differential)Shift: D Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
